She brings wealth of experience in sales, managing businesses and execution. She has grown both startups and global firms leading sales and delivery teams and led large outsourcing deals focused on transformation, optimisation and customer outcome.

Hema has worked at organisations such as Wipro, Sutherland, EXL and ADM to name a few. She established a research and analytics firm, Brahmy Solutions, which was successfully sold to Integreon.

Shankar Sundaram

COO

Shankar Sundaram is an accomplished Client Solutions Strategist, with deep knowledge of financial services domain and vast experience delivering transformative digital engagements, product development and application services to global financial enterprises.

As COO, Shankar leads LatentBridge’s business operations delivering market-focused solutions and building key alliances. He has also shaped LatentBridge’s unique market propositions for customers.

In his previous stints, Shankar has worked with large IT Services firms such as Wipro, HCL, and has delivered a variety of roles across operations lead, client solutions business consulting, and pre-sales, contributing significantly to large value deal wins, through industry-focused products and solutions.

Shravan Poorigali

CTO

Shravan is a seasoned technology leader with expertise in building enterprise software systems that have scaled to millions of users. One notable achievement is in architecting the modular open-source identity platform (MOSIP), an open-source digital identification platform adopted at a national scale to provide unique digital identity to citizens. He has a proven track record in incubating and building solutions using emerging technologies like blockchain and AI. In his previous role as Head of AI Solutions and Engineering group, he built the team ground-up and scaled the business with rigour making it the most profitable and significant revenue-accretive group.

Rob Scott

Advisory Board

Rob has over 25 years’ experience in the running and acquisition of front office businesses lines and in the commercialisation of global core operations of Investment banks, broker dealers and investor service business lines, including Bank of America, Cantor Fitzgerald/BGC, Citi, Deutsche Bank and Commerzbank. He was instrumental in the creation of the first major European outsourcing investment banking global back office whilst at Accenture (Accenture Post Trade Services). He has written and spoken on many topics surrounding the post trading landscape and its implications to cost containment, business and process transformation and the inclusion of latest FinTech tools in order to solve today’s complex operating problems. He also advises clients with respect to regulatory understanding, compliance and commercial re shaping of business models in order to attain optimal commercial return.

Rob currently sits on the Board of the AFME Post Trade division, is the Strategic advisor to the CEO of ISITC Europe and is a Deutsche Borse (Eurex) FICC Board Advisory Committee member.
